From our discovery session, we will learn everything there is to know about your buying criteria, from your favourite suburbs and streets to the size and specifications of your dream home (plus of course, your budget).
From here, we collaborate with our Illawarra property network and database to source properties that are either on the market, being sold privately and about to launch. A shortlist is made and we inspect on your behalf. When the time is right for you, we arrange your inspection of the home and if it’s a match, we will enter in to Step 2.
We Negotiate
For many buyers, negotiating is the most daunting aspect of the entire sales process. For us, it’s where we bring you the greatest value! We eliminate the risk of you overpaying and ensure you buy with complete confidence.
With a wealth of knowledge and insights on the latest transactions our appraisal and due diligence ensures you are making the best decision. We put ourselves in the strongest possible position to negotiate a successful sale on your behalf.
For buyers who have found a property that is going to auction, we also offer an exclusive Auction Bidding service. for those who have already found their dream home we also offer a negotiation only service.
We Secure
While the negotiation is complete, our service to you isn’t. We do everything we can to prepare you for the completion of your buying journey from organising and attending the pre-settlement inspections to hiring local removalists and picking up and delivering the keys to your new home. Our personal buying service is end-to-end to ensure that your purchase experience is seamless and one to remember.

Like everyone else, this is our personal favourite. The negotiation is complete, the settlement is finalised and you now have the keys to your new home. There’s just one more thing that you need to do, and that is Celebrate because you deserve it!
